I am writing this review on behalf of my fiancé and myself. He had my engagement ring custom made by Masina Diamonds, and we are truly blown away by how it turned out. The ring is perfect in every way. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely communicative and addressed any questions or concerns he had immediately. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made the experience seamless and stress-free. When he finally proposed and I saw the ring in person, I was completely blown away. It is absolutely stunning, and I still cannot stop admiring it. I cannot wait to have Masina Diamonds create my wedding band as well.

Masina Diamonds made my engagement ring, and I truly couldn’t be happier. We visited another store before them, but the moment we met with Star, we knew we were in the right place. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable — the exact energy you want when making such an important decision. I’ll be honest… I was crazy compulsive about the diamond. I asked a million questions, went back and forth on every detail, and needed to understand exactly what was being decided. Star never once got frustrated. She walked me through everything step by step and explained the “why” behind each choice so I always felt confident and understood. They also made sure the vintage details of my ring were exactly what I envisioned. The hand-engraving is absolutely perfect — beautifully done and so true to the Grecian, old-world vibe I was dreaming of. The entire team was so gracious and patient through all the back and forth, and the final ring is truly more beautiful than I imagined. I’m beyond grateful for their care, transparency, and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Masina Diamonds — and especially Star — to anyone searching for their perfect ring.

I would give a million stars to Masina if I could! Star and the entire Masina team made the process of creating my custom engagement ring and my fiancé’s wedding band not only seamless, but genuinely so fun and exciting! They truly think outside of the box and have a rare ability to take your craziest ideas and turn them into something so beautifully wearable, timeless, and uniquely “you.” Both my fiancé and I kept our rings a surprise from each other, yet Star somehow managed to seamlessly intertwine our designs so that they perfectly complement one another! She even coordinated matching engravings on our rings without either of us knowing until the moment my fiancé proposed!!! Honestly made that moment even more special and unforgettable. HOW COOL IS THAT? Their creativity and attention to detail shine through in every design decision and in the final pieces themselves. They listened closely to our vision and somehow executed our ideas beyond what we could have imagined! We walked away with an engagement ring and wedding band that feels so personal to our love story and so uniquely ours. Star deserves an extra special shout-out! She has been incredibly supportive even after I received my ring, helping with final adjustments and making sure everything fits and feels perfect, and helping deal with FedEx mess-ups with such professionalism and ease. That level of ongoing care and service is rare and speaks volumes about how much they stand behind their work and value their clients. If you are looking for a jeweler who will go above and beyond and bring your dream pieces to life, Masina Diamonds are the only team you need to see. My now fiancé and I were helped by Mae to create what I consider one of the most beautiful engagement rings I have seen! I was only involved for our initial meeting, but my fiancé shared with me after about how great Mae was to work with! She was able to help him create a few 3D constructs of what the ring would like to help him choose the perfect ring. Additionally, after I finally received the ring, Mae was incredibly accommodating and helped me get the ring slightly resized (it was resized in less than a day!). Overall, I recommend visiting Masina Diamonds and specifically asking for Mae if you can!

Masina Diamonds has been one of the best jewelry experiences I’ve had in Atlanta so far. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, and after he proposed, he told me how much he enjoyed the process of picking out the perfect ring for me. Almost a year later, I came in to have my ring resized and was so impressed that they offered same day service, which is not something you find everywhere. My ring now fits perfectly, and they returned it looking so clean, sparkly, and beautiful. What really stood out to me was how friendly they were and how they made us feel like family friends. The fact that they remembered who we were meant a lot to me. I will definitely be back to shop for more jewelry and to get my fiancé’s wedding band.

We had an exceptional experience with Masina Diamonds. We went seeking to design a custom engagement ring. Right away when we walked in and started to talk with Star we knew they were the right partner. They were genuinely interested in us, our story and what we were envisioning. Star worked with me through many design iterations, making sure every detail was crafted perfectly and helped source the exact salt and pepper diamond we were looking for. We loved the result and getting the chance to work with Star! We will be back for wedding bands and any future needs. Highly recommend!

Working with Masina Diamonds was an incredible experience from start to finish. I worked closely with Mae throughout the entire process of designing our engagement ring, and she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. She even found the exact diamond we had in mind, which made the experience feel truly personal and special. We chose Masina because it’s genuinely family-owned, and even had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Russ — which made everything feel even more meaningful and authentic. The entire team gave us confidence every step of the way. We also loved the technology they use to render the ring designs — being able to see detailed digital models before production was amazing. And the wax model they provide before making the final ring is such a unique and thoughtful touch; it really lets you visualize the final piece and feel confident in every detail before it’s made. Mae put so much care, effort, and passion into this project, and when it was finally complete, it genuinely made my heart happy. The level of detail, the quality of the stones, the patience, and the warm family atmosphere are unmatched. There is truly no one else like Masina. I highly recommend them — they are simply the best in Atlanta!
